By accessing or using The Explorer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies, including Meta Platform Terms, YouTube Terms of Service, and TikTok Developer Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
The Explorer provides tools for creators to manage, schedule, publish, and analyze digital video content across social media platforms. Users must hold the necessary copyrights and licenses for all video assets uploaded and published via the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines
You agree not to use the service to publish spam, unauthorized advertisements, defamatory material, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Third-Party API Integrations
Our platform interacts directly with third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, Google YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API). Service availability, view distribution, and rate limits are governed by these third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific viewership or algorithmic rankings.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account and revoke API permissions at any time via the Connected Accounts dashboard or via Meta/Google account settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
